- In-house vs. outsourcing of compliance responsibilities
- Qualified employee and human resource development in the compliance area
- Clear, standardised and consistent rules
- Practically oriented, didactically efficient training
- Clear responsibilities and reporting paths for compliance relating issues
- Integration of integrity and compliance factors in human resource processes (e.g. during agreement on objectives, human resource development, remuneration and incentive structures for responsibilities exposed to risk as e.g. sales, etc.)
